CT Live 2.0 email campaigns allow you to create two new types of email recipient lists, Imported Recipients and Lists based on Event Properties.
Creating an Imported Recipient List
- Head to the Campaign sub-tab (under the Email tab) in CT Live 2.0.
- Under Send To List, select "Create New List"
- Enter the name of your list in “List Title” and then select 'Import’ from the “Recipients from” dropdown
- Choose the 'Select File' button and upload your list. Note: files must be csv, .tvt, or .txt
- After you upload your file, "Has Header Row" and "Column Separator" will automatically be detected
- If for some reason your file is not detected properly, you can manually input that data
- Once your Import is recognized, hit "Continue"
Creating a List based on Event Properties
- Head to the Campaign sub-tab (under the Email tab) in CT Live 2.0.
- Under Send To List, select Create New List
- Enter the name of your list in “List Title” and
- Choose the dropdown menu associated with 'Recipients From' and select one of the following Event Properties:
- Race
- Reg Choice
- Bracket
- Wave
- After selecting the Event Property you would like your campaign to coordinate with you will have dynamic options to “Filter Recipients by”
- If you would like to send your campaign to a specific group of recipients for any given time period, use the date range input. If you do not have a specific date range, simply click “All Available” and then hit “Continue”
