- All refunds are to be submitted to regsupport@chronotrack.com with the following information included:
• Event ID
• Name of Registrant to be refunded
• Specific dollar amount of refund
• Keep athlete as confirmed or withdraw them from the event - Refunds will be reimbursed back to the credit card used to purchase the registration. If the card is cancelled or expired we will not be able to complete the refund. Checks will not be sent for refunds.
- In some cases, refunds will only be given up to 120 days after purchase so long as the race has not happened.
- The Service Fee will not be refunded except for special circumstances.
- If the Service Fee needs to be refunded it will be refunded to the athlete and the service fee will be deducted from the checks being sent to the Payee listed in ChronoTrack Live.
- Complete or Partial refunds can be provided at the discretion of the race director.
- Event Cancellation - ChronoTrack will process refunds to the extent there are funds not yet paid to the event’s payee. If the event’s payee has multiple events, the funds for those events may be used to cover refunds. The remaining refunds are the responsibility of the event, unless prior arrangements have been made.
