Coupon Settings
At the top of the Coupons page, there are a variety of settings available. These settings include:
- Enable Coupon Slide - this option enables or disables the coupon Slide entirely from ALL reg choices within your event. We recommend you select No if you do not plan to offer coupons.
- Registration Form - allows you to choose whether to display the coupon Slide on the Online form, On-Site form, or both.
- Reg Choices - allows you to select specific Reg Choices for which to show the Coupon Slide. Un-checking the "All" option will reveal each individual Reg Choice.
- Header Text - enables you to edit the text that will appear at the top of the Coupon Slide.
- Make Required - allows you to determine whether or not a Coupon Code will be required to continue the Registration process. This is most often used in conjunction with the Move to Front option.
- Move to Front - allows you to move the Coupon Slide to the front of the Registration Form. This effectively allows you to password protect your Registration Form when used in conjunction with the Make Required option above.

Managing Coupons
Once a coupon is created, you will be able to Delete, Edit, or Expire a coupon at any time from the Available Coupons area. Once a code type has been used during registration, it may not be deleted but may still be expired.
You can also see the coupon Description, Code(s), Amount, Usage Count, Max Uses, and Expiration Date for each code type.
If you've made a Series type coupon, you can click the blue View Codes link in the Code column to view and expire the individual codes.
If you have a lot of Coupons in your event, you can quickly locate specific coupons using the Search Term field.
Adding or editing coupons or changing coupon slide settings requires a Form re-release.
