If you want to collect emergency contact information for Athletes registering for your event through ChronoTrack Live, you may do this from the Registration > Emerg Contact tab, which may be located in the More section as shown below.
- To enable the Emergency Contact question, simply check the Yes radio button.
- Next, determine whether the Emergency Contact question appears in the Online form, the On-Site form, or Both.
- Lastly, you can choose to show the question in All Registration Choices or only some of them. 'All' is checked by default when you turn the question On. You must un-check 'All' to reveal the other Registration Choices.
- Click Save to finalize the changes.
You must release a new Registration Form version before the change will go into effect for new registrants!
